We supply FCC/GB sorbic acid, used in food and feed.
3.2 How much sorbic acid will be used in food?
No more than 2g / kg in fruit juice; 1.0g / kg in soy products, soy sauce, fudge, bread, etc.; 0.8g / kg in wine and wine; 0.5g / kg in collagen casings, low-salt pickles, sauces, candied fruits, fruit juices and jellies; 0.2g/kg in fresh-keeping of fruits and vegetables and carbonated drinks. It can be used in meat, fish, eggs, poultry products, with maximum use of 0.075g/kg.
